IT Support Executive or IT Support Engineer
We are hiring an IT Support Executive for a full-time, onsite role in Islamabad, Pakistan
Hands on Skills & Experience:
- Must hold CompTIA certification or equivalent.
- Hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- For desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors
- Network setup and troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
- Microsoft 365, email, and cloud storage support
- Virus removal, data backup, and system recovery
- Knowledge of PC components, BIOS, and operating systems
- Customer support, problem-solving, and ticket/documentation management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Location
We are looking for IT Support Executive or IT Support Engineer in our Islamabad office. Only candidates based in Islamabad or willing to relocate.
