DevOps Presales Engineer
We are seeking a DevOps Presales Engineer to support our sales team in presenting our DevOps solutions to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of DevOps principles, along with experience in technical sales or presales engineering. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of our DevOps solutions to prospective clients.
- Translate client needs into technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to customize solutions and address specific client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, documentation, and other sales materials.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including responding to client inquiries and technical objections.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in DevOps to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
Requirements (Skills)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- 1-2 years of experience in DevOps, including hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, etc.
- Previous experience in technical sales, presales engineering, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes certifications) are a plus.
