IT Support Engineer
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our team. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing timely customer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. If you excel in problem-solving and have a passion for technology, we’d like to meet you.
Certifications Required: Microsoft O365, Azure or AWS
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Domain Controller and Active Directory
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Clear understanding of Microsoft O365 & Azure Cloud and AWS Cloud Services
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
- Experience with SAP Products/other ERP applications
- Qualification Required: Degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , Business Information System
